Album artwork!

These are some of my favourite album artworks taken from my iTunes collection I have highlighted these as personally I found then eye catching and memorable looking through. There is a large variety of genres with all these albums yet all the designs are extremely different! These album cover also show how the approaches vary from abstract shapes and colours, photography alongside text and much more detail illustrative workings. The use of type throughout shows how it can be more expressive or more muted relative to the rest of the designs.
Looking at artist and bands that I personally like and engage with is a ideal starting point in this project! I want to look at possibly using some stylistic aesthetics and theme that are on show within these album covers
