Salvador Dalí dreams and subconscious paintings.

Salvador Dalí is famous for his work associated to the surrealism movement, he often created paintings that related directly to his dreams and creating subconscious art.

All these painting often play with this idea of a endless horizon with strange imagery that reflects real objects and buildings that are warped or obscured to create this idea that everything is slightly altered or changed. There is frequent uses of shadows and clouds within Dali's paintings these denote this ambiguous dream like world that can only be apparent within dreams.

These black and white images show the real attention to detail within every brush stroke of Dali's paintings. This is important in creating this illusion of reality that has been changed.
If i do chose to look at creating images influenced by Surrealist art I think the attention to details will be key in showing this message. I also believe picking appropriate materials will be a large contributer in if the designs are successful or not.
