OUGD504 - Design for Screen - Advertising of Museo Map

Taken out outside the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam of the App in use.

These photos form part of the apps advertising campaign, hopefully using real photographs will set these designs apart from the rest and create some engaging imagery of the app in use.

As the app is branded through typography using this same typeface within the advertisements allows the viewer to see subconsciously the link between the app and the adverts.

Along with this image at the top of the app in use for the advert these four portrait posters without photography have been designed.

The design campaign is based on the three graphic shapes that make up the navigation of the app, being so familiar using primary colours and simple shapes this imagery would form an adaptable brand that can be kept consistent yet different in many ways.

These adds feature an explanation to each of the three features and what they do in relation to the app.

The advert also includes a mocked up iphone with the app working, this demonstrates to the view what they would seen when using the app.

To keep inline with the trends in advertising a tag line ha been created 'The Art world at your fingertips. Giving a brief explanation to what the apps function is.

These landscape ads use the same design features, the branded type, the three shapes in there appropriate colours and imagery of the app as well as showing that the app can be bought in the app store and with google play.

Showing these consistent brand guidelines allow the rest of the design and ad campaign to be interpreted if the app was to be taken further.

These designs realate to the creative/art target auidence of the app, it is simple, clear, easy to read, explains the content effectively and gives the viewer an idea of what they are seeing.
