Foam magazine, this work has been researched due to its photographic themes, and looking at how the design has been informed by the photography. The ISSUU document has been real useful in gaining an understanding of how they put together this editorial.
Large type is again on show this becomes typical of work that looks at social and political issues. The use of full bleed coloured pages again is often seen, red is often associated with these kind of themes.
In terms of letting the images do the talking it is typical to see large amounts of white space. When placing type on-top of photography the placement is so important as shown in the image above.
As this publication is going to be a one off edition there will be less of a template in the design, this will need to be considered.
