This printed publication from G.F Smith is an example of die cutting that is really well executed and shows the various paper stocks. When showing the rest of the group these designs they really liked how the different variations of white have been used. This prompted an idea for the publication to be mainly white as this would highlight the work of the students much more. The use of embossings instead of ink allows for a readable yet tactile design that is different and very unusual.
