Within this project I aim to accumulate all the research and experience I have gathered over the last few years in terms of editorial design. Looking at some of my favourite designs, magazines ways of designing. Interesting print techniques and ideas. All this needs to be documented communicated and reflected on coming together for a really high quality and professional looking publication.
The aim for this project is to demonstrate my skills in this discipline. As editorial design is part of my interests and I personally feel my skill set is akin to this kind of design I want to showcase this. The first think I need to look at is what magazine to redesign itself. This will dictate the content, tone of voice and spark my initial ideas.
